Jalapeñoburger with avocado
Light-spirited burger with lime, crème fraîche, avocado and kaiser rolls.

Light the barbecue or heat the grill pan without oil or butter. Grill the jalapeñoburgers 12 min. Halfway through.

Clean the lime. Meanwhile, grate the green skin of the lime and squeeze out the fruit.

Mix the lime zest and half of the lime juice with the crème fraîche.

Cut the avocado half in half. Remove the kernel and scoop out the flesh with a spoon from the peel. Cut into cubes.

Mix the rest of the lime juice with the avocado.

Cut the kaiser rolls halfway through. Spread the lower halves with some crème fraîche.

Siege with the burgers and avocado. Spoon the rest of the crème fraîche on it. Cover with the top halves of the buns.
