Grilled and stuffed peppers
A delicious recipe for grilled and stuffed peppers, including ground beef, pine nuts, raisins, oregano and shallots. A vegetarian version is also possible.

Heat a tablespoon of oil in the frying pan and fry the shallot lightly brown. Add the garlic and pine nuts and cook for another two minutes on low heat. Scoop occasionally.

Mix the mince with the contents of the pan, the oregano, raisins and mangoandshy; chutney. Season with salt and pepper.

Form 4 balls of the minced meat. Cut the pepper slices in the length and take out the seeds. Fill them with the minced meat and pack them in a piece of aluminum foil.

Place the packages on the top floor of the barbecue and let them roast for about 10 minutes under a lid.
