Tortellini with aubergine sauce


A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, tortellini alla carne (pasta with meat filling, a 250 g), aubergines, onion, olive oil, sifted tomatoes (500 ml), worcestershire sauce (bottle of a 150 ml), ham cubes (about 250 g), grated Parrano (cheese and a 100 g).

Directions

  1. Cook tortellini according to instructions.
  2. Clean aubergine and cut into cubes.
  3. Peel and chop onions.
  4. Heat oil in frying pan.
  5. Eggplant and onion for about 3 minutes.
  6. Stir in tomato and sausage sauce and stir gently for about 15 minutes.
  7. Stir in the last minute of ham.
  8. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  9. Spread Tortellini over four plates, create sauce and sprinkle with cheese..
