Tortellini with aubergine sauce
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, tortellini alla carne (pasta with meat filling, a 250 g), aubergines, onion, olive oil, sifted tomatoes (500 ml), worcestershire sauce (bottle of a 150 ml), ham cubes (about 250 g), grated Parrano (cheese and a 100 g).

Cook tortellini according to instructions.

Clean aubergine and cut into cubes.

Peel and chop onions.

Heat oil in frying pan.

Eggplant and onion for about 3 minutes.

Stir in tomato and sausage sauce and stir gently for about 15 minutes.

Stir in the last minute of ham.

Season to taste with salt and pepper.
