Fast pepermacaroni with ham
Pasta with ham, mozzarella, pepper and extra cheese. Served with arugula.

Cook the macaroni al dente according to the instructions on the package. In the meantime, cut the mozzarella into cubes. Spoon the ham cubes and the mozzarella through the hot macaroni.

Tear the arugula by hand into large pieces. Spoon the arugula, the pepper and half of the grated cheese through the warm macaroni.

Spread the macaroni over the plates and sprinkle the rest of the grated cheese over it. Serve immediately. Tasty with boiled broccoli florets.
