Grilled pork tenderloin with bbq rub


Pork tenderloin with smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, cumin, celery salt, sugar and barbecue sauce from the barbecue.

Directions

  1. Light the barbecue. For the rub, mix the smoked paprika with the cayenne pepper, ground cumin, the celery salt and the caster sugar.
  2. Sprinkle the pork tenderloins with the rub and rub the meat around them. Grill the meat for 5 minutes on the barbecue. Times regularly.
  3. Place the meat in the aluminum dish and place on a medium hot part of the barbecue.
  4. Dip a baking brush in the barbecue sauce and brush the pork tenderloin around it. Repeat this for about 20 minutes every 3-4 minutes, until the tenderloin is almost done.
  5. Take the meat from the barbecue and let rest for 5 minutes. Cut into slices and serve.
