Slice the garlic. Cut the to into small cubes.

Heat the oil on low heat in a saucepan. Fry the garlic gently in the oil for 2 minutes, making sure it will not color. Remove the pan from the heat.

Add the tomatoes and the capers and marinate for 1 hour.

Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. Cut the mozzarella into cubes.

Drain in a colander and mix the warm spaghetti with the tomato mixture, mozzarella, arugula and the basil leaves and serve immediately.
