Chili chops with pineapple
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, shoulder chops, pineapple slices (on juice (565 g)), sweet chilli sauce (bottle 250 ml), ginger syrup (bottle 250 ml) and olive oil.

Rub the pork chops with salt and pepper. Drain the pineapple slices in a colander and collect 1 tbsp of water. In a low bowl mix the chili sauce with the ginger syrup and the liquid.

Spoon 1/4 of this mixture into another dish. Roll the pork chops through the marinade in the low bowl and let them marinate in the fridge for 2 hours. Let the pork chops return to room temperature. Dab dry with kitchen paper and brush thinly with the oil. Brush the pineapple with the rest of the marinade.

Light the barbecue. Grill the pork chops in 15 minutes brown and done. Times regularly. Also grill the pineapple in 5 min. Brown. Serve the pork chops with a slice of pineapple on it. Delicious with kidney bean salad.
