Pizza tomato and mascarpone
Italian pizza with mascarpone, garlic, Parmesan cheese, cherry tomatoes and basil.

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.

Place the pizza bases on the baking trays or grids.

Slice the garlic. Halve the cherry tomatoes.

Mix the mascarpone with the garlic, cheese, pepper and salt. Brush the pizza bases with the mascarpone mixture.

Place the tomatoes with the cutting edge upwards on the mascarpone. Sprinkle the pizzas with salt and pepper.

Fry the pizzas one above the other in the oven in about 12 minutes until golden brown and done.

Put the pizzas on plates. Sprinkle with torn leaves of basil and the rest of the cheese.
