Directions

  1. Extra requirements: low oven dish, blender.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  3. Grease the oven dish.
  4. Peel the carrot.
  5. Cut the carrot into pieces of 4 cm and then into long, thin strips.
  6. Halve the plaice fillets in the length.
  7. Place the fillets with the side of the skin upwards and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  8. Lay the root strips across the wide side.
  9. Roll the plaice fillets from this side and wrap a slice of bacon around it.
  10. Put the rolls upright in the baking dish and pour two-thirds of the wine on the bottom.
  11. Bake the plaice rolls in the oven in 20-25 minutes and the bacon crispy.
  12. Melt the butter in a saucepan.
  13. Put the basil with the egg yolk, the rest of the wine and some salt and pepper in the blender.
  14. Pour in the warm butter and mix everything while turning on the highest setting to a nice green sauce.
  15. Serve the plaice rolls with the sauce over it on hot plates.
  16. Tasty with tagliatelle and snow peas.
