Meal soup with pesto
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: traditional olive oil and fresh Italian stir-fry vegetables.
Heat the oil in a soup pan and fry the vegetable mix for approx. 3 min.
Finely chop the basil.
Add the tomato soup, hot water and pasta and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Add the pesto and the basil and stir in the soup. Sprinkle the soup with cheese and serve with the Pan Tostado.
