Spicy chili sin carne
Vegetarian version of the famous spicy bean dish from Mexico.

Peel the onion and garlic and chop them.

Cut the stalk of the red pepper. Halve the pepper in the length and remove the seed lists with a sharp knife. Cut the pepper finely.

Clean the peppers and cut into pieces.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion, garlic and pepper for 1 min. Add the Quorn and paprika and cook for 3 minutes.

Drain the corn and add it together with the bean dish. Heat through and through. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Peel the cucumber and scrape it into thin slices.

Stir a dressing of the oil with the vinegar and salt and pepper. Mix the cucumber with the dressing.

Serve the bean dish with cucumber salad.
