Well the couscous according to the instructions on the package.

Mix the red pepper, the spring onion, the cucumber, 4 tablespoons of the olive oil and the lemon juice through the couscous.

Brush the steaks with the rest of the olive oil mixed with cumin, salt and pepper.

Roast the meat for 2-3 minutes per side in a hot grill pan. Serve the steak with the couscous salad and the tzatziki.
