Curry of pork tenderloin with spring vegetables
A nice thai recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, Thai green curry paste, oil, pork tenderloins (in thin slices), miniature flasks (125 g), red onion (in thin segments), snow peas (cleaned), coconut milk and stoneleeks (a 8 pieces).

Dilute with 1 tbsp oil in bowl of curry paste.

Mix the pork tenderloin with curry.

Cut half of the cob in half lengthwise and cut half again.

Heat in wok rest of oil and stir-fry slices over a high heat for 4-5 minutes.

Add onion, corn and snow peas and bake for another 2 minutes.

Simmer coconut milk in wokkenschenken and curry for 10 minutes on soft heat.

Cut stoneleeks into small pieces and sprinkle over curry.

Delicious with pandan rice..
