Puffed potatoes with shrimps and cottage cheese
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, crumbly potatoes (a ca. 150 g), stoneleeks (8 pieces), biogarde curd naturel (pot a 500 g), lettuce herbs garlic (package of 3 bags), rose shrimp (a 150 g ), steam vegetables green vegetable mix (frozen and a 300 g).

Clean potatoes and prick them in different places with a skewer.

Potatoes in microwave at full power in 10 min.

Have potatoes covered for another 5 minutes.

Clean the stoneleeks and cut them into rings.

Mix cottage cheese with a large portion of stoneleeks, lettuce herbs, shrimps and salt and pepper to taste.

Prepare vegetable mix in microwave according to instructions.

Cut potatoes on top and divide cottage cheese mixture.
-
Divide stoneleeks about it.

Serve with vegetable mix..
