Puffed potatoes with shrimps and cottage cheese


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, crumbly potatoes (a ca. 150 g), stoneleeks (8 pieces), biogarde curd naturel (pot a 500 g), lettuce herbs garlic (package of 3 bags), rose shrimp (a 150 g ), steam vegetables green vegetable mix (frozen and a 300 g).

Directions

  1. Clean potatoes and prick them in different places with a skewer.
  2. Potatoes in microwave at full power in 10 min.
  3. Have potatoes covered for another 5 minutes.
  4. Clean the stoneleeks and cut them into rings.
  5. Mix cottage cheese with a large portion of stoneleeks, lettuce herbs, shrimps and salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Prepare vegetable mix in microwave according to instructions.
  7. Cut potatoes on top and divide cottage cheese mixture.
  8. Divide stoneleeks about it.
  9. Serve with vegetable mix..
