Mexican meatballs with lettuce and stuffed potatoes
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, tortilla chips, half-to-half minced, mild salsa (pot a 300 g), potatoes (unpeeled, eg Super potatoes), butter, iceberg lettuce, Mexicomelange ((200 g), drained), garlic dressing (bottle and 270 ml).

Half crumble off tortilla chips.

Mix in bowl mince with crisps, 2 tbsp salsa and 1/2 tsp salt and pepper.

Make 4 balls of minced meat.

Potatoes boil in 25 min.

Heat butter in frying pan and meatballs over medium heat for about 20 minutes.

Brown and cooked through.

Cut iceberg lettuce into strips.

In bowl, create corn and garlic dressing by lettuce.

Sprizzle the remaining portion of tortilla chips over lettuce.

Take meatballs out of the pan, raise the heat, add 100 ml of water and stir up the sandwiches.

Season the seasoning with 3-4 tbsp salsa, salt and pepper.

Spread meatballs with gravy over four plates.

Place potatoes next to each other, cut deeply and create salsa in each 1 tbsp.

To serve iceberg lettuce..
