Apple tartelette with creamy celeriac stuffing

Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Pollinate the tartlets with flour.

Roll out the dough on some flour and cover the molds with it. Cut the edges neatly.

First cut the apples into quarters and then into thin slices. Spread the celeriac cream over the dough and cover the apple slices with the tiles.

Mix the melted butter with the ginger syrup and brush the apple slices. Bake the tarts in the oven in 25-30 minutes until golden brown and done.

Take out the molds, sprinkle each tartelette with parsley and serve immediately.
