Spicy penne with chicken, eggplant and olives
Pasta dish with penne, chicken noodle strips, kalamata olives without piping, sliced onions, aubergines, crème fraîche and flavored pot mixed chillies.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the sliced onions for 5 minutes. Meanwhile cut the aubergine into pieces of 1½ x 1½ cm.

Add the chicken dumpling strips and the Flavor Pot spice paste and cook on a medium heat for 3 min. Change regularly.

Add the eggplant and fry for 3 minutes on a high heat.

Add the crème fraîche and the hot water. Bring to the boil, put the lid on the pan and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.

In the meantime, cook the penne al dente according to the instructions on the package. Drain the pasta and mix the olives through the sauce. Garnish with the basil.
