Chicken curry with sugar snaps


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, bok choy and traditional olive oil.

Directions

  1. Cook the sugar snaps in a low boiling water in the wok for 3-4 minutes until al dente. Rinse in a sieve under cold water and let it drain.
  2. Cut the spring onions, including the green ones, into coarse pieces. Cut the bok choy into broad strips.
  3. Dry the wok, heat the oil and stir fry the chicken over a high heat in 4 min. Brown and done. Put the spring onions and the sugar snaps through and stir fry for another 2 minutes.
  4. Then add the wok noodles and pak choi and heat for 1-2 minutes.
