Coalfish in orange mustard sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, pandan rice, oil, coalfish fillet (frozen, 400 g), carrot julienne (carrot strips, a 150 g), orange juice, coarse mustard and slim cream.

Cook the rice according to the instructions for use.

Fry 2 tablespoons of oil in frying pan and frozen fish over medium heat in 12-15 min.

In bowl dressing stirring three quarters of orange juice, 2 tbsp oil, salt and pepper.

Mix the carrot strips.

Remove fish from the pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Stirring mustard through shortening.

Add the cream and the rest of orange juice and reduce the sauce slightly.

Spread fish, rice and carrot salad over four plates.
