Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220ºC. Knead the dough again and divide into 4 equal pieces.
  2. Roll out on a floured surface to 4 thin and lay on the baking sheets. Brush the edges of the dough with oil and spread the pancetta over the pizza bases.
  3. Place the slices of portobello on them and brush them with oil. Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and spread the gorgonzola over it.
  4. Bake the pizzas low in the oven for about 15 minutes.
