Fillet steak with ham
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, pipe rigate (pasta, bag 500 g), fillet steak (a la minute (pork, 5 pieces)), dried sage, raw ham (in slices (eg Coburger)), olive oil, garlic (chopped) and spinach (a 300 g).

Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile sprinkle the fillet patties with the sage and pepper and salt to taste. Roll up the pieces and wrap them with the ham. Secure with a cocktail stick. Heat 3 tbsp oil and fry the meat in about 5 min. Around brown and done.

Heat the rest of the oil in a wok. Fry the garlic for 1 min. And add the spinach in parts. Stir fry 3 minutes until the spinach has shrunk. Divide the pasta and spinach over 4 plates. Put the meat on it.
