Summer minestrone with spelled and bacon
A delicious summer dish. Minestrone with red pesto, bacon, tomato cubes and spelled.

Bring the tomato cubes to the boil with the water and bouillon tablets. Add the spelled and cook gently for 10 minutes.

Add the pesto and stir-fry mix after 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, bake the bacon in a frying pan without oil or butter in 5 min. On medium heat until crispy.

Scoop out of the pan and drain on kitchen paper.

Clean the lemon, grate the yellow skin of the fruit and mix the grater through the bacon. Cut the lemon into pieces.

Divide the soup over the bowls and spread the bacon over it. Serve with the lemon slices.
