Presta stew with nuts and shii-takes
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: wok oil, sliced leeks (a 300 g), curry powder, shiitake (a 100 g), soy sauce, mashed potatoes (with butter (chilled, a 450 g)), cashew nuts ((salted) and coarsely chopped).

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large frying pan or stir-fry stir-fry, in this place the leek for 5 minutes on high heat.

Season with salt, pepper and the curry powder.

Lay the leeks separately.

Heat the rest of the oil in the pan and fry the shi-takes while stirring over high heat in 5 minutes until cooked and brown.

Season them with soy sauce and (freshly ground) pepper.

Heat the mashed potatoes according to the instructions on the package and scoop the leek loosely.

Then pour a hand after the cashew nuts through the stew.

Divide the stew over the plates, scoop the mushrooms on the stew and sprinkle the rest of the nuts over it..
