Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
  2. Divide the dough over the baking dish and cut the edges neatly.
  3. Divide the salami, to and half of the basil leaves over the dough. Slice the basil stalks.
  4. Beat the crème fraîche and eggs with the basil stalks, salt and pepper and pour over the filling.
  5. Divide the mozzarella over it and bake the cake in the oven for about 25 minutes.
  6. Mix the ingredients for the salad and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Sprinkle the cake with the rest of the basil leaves and serve with the salad.
