Rice dish with cauliflower rice, mackerel and a boiled egg
Indian rice dish with yellow rice, parsley, garden peas, cauliflower rice and mackerel.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the garam masala on a medium heat for 2 minutes. Add the yellow rice and cook for 1 min.

In the meantime, finely chop the parsley and add half of them to the frying pan together with the bouillon tablet and the water.

Bring to the boil, put the lid on the pan and cook for 8 minutes on low heat. Add the garden peas and cauliflower rice and heat for 4 minutes.

Meanwhile, boil the eggs in almost 7 minutes. Scary under cold running water, peel and cut into pieces.

Drain the mackerel fillets. Halve the cherry tomatoes and mix through the rice dish.

Divide the dish over a dish and spread the mackerel, egg pies and the rest of the parsley over it.
