Heat 3 tablespoons oil and fry the shallots for about 3 minutes.

Mix in the ham strips and fry for 1-2 minutes.

Cook the tagliatelle.

Scoop the radicchio through the shallots with ham.

Add the gorgonzola and let the cheese melt.

Stir in the tomatoes and tagliatelle and heat for about 2 minutes.

Drizzle the pasta with the rest of the oil and add a little pepper.
