Directions

  1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package, drain the cooking water and collect 100 ml (per 300 g of rice).
  2. Bring plenty of water to the boil, boil the beans for 3 min. And drain them.
  3. Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the tofu slices warm in 3 min. Cut the onion into thin half rings, clean the peppers and cut into strips.
  4. Wash the leeks and cut into thin rings. Add the onion, peppers and leeks and stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
  5. Add the string beans, wok sauce and the cooking water from the rice and bring to the boil. Divide the rice over plates and serve with the wok dish.
