Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package, drain the cooking water and collect 100 ml (per 300 g of rice).

Bring plenty of water to the boil, boil the beans for 3 min. And drain them.

Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the tofu slices warm in 3 min. Cut the onion into thin half rings, clean the peppers and cut into strips.

Wash the leeks and cut into thin rings. Add the onion, peppers and leeks and stir-fry for another 5 minutes.

Add the string beans, wok sauce and the cooking water from the rice and bring to the boil. Divide the rice over plates and serve with the wok dish.
