Curry rice with ham
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, leeks ((about 250 g) in oblique rings), Dutch (wok vegetables (400 g)), sunflower oil, onion (chopped), curry powder, white rice ((bag a 1 kg)) , coconut milk (light (400 g)), Gammon ham ((340 g) and diced).

Bring 400 ml of water to the boil. Stir fry the leek and the wok vegetables in a frying pan or frying pan for 5 minutes in 2 tablespoons of oil. Remove the vegetables from the pan.

Put some oil in the pan and fry the onion until golden brown. Add the curry powder. Spoon the rice and stir-fry the rice until it becomes translucent. Pour in the water and the coconut milk, stir and bring to the boil. Place the lid on the pan and let the rice absorb the moisture in about 10 minutes.

Add the stir-fried vegetables and the ham cubes (with the jelly), cover the pan and fry the dish for another 10 minutes, scoop every now and then. Season with salt and pepper and spread the dish over 4 plates.
