Steamed salmon with leek and black beans


A nice Chinese recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, leeks, salted black beans, fresh ginger root (finely chopped), garlic (finely chopped), salmon fillets (a 250 g), dry sherry and soy sauce (light).

Directions

  1. Clean the leek and cut into wafer-thin rings.
  2. Into sieve beans in running water.
  3. Dry the beans with kitchen paper and coarse chopping.
  4. In a bowl mix pre-rings with beans, ginger, garlic and pepper to taste.
  5. Cut salmon fillets in half and put them on a plate next to each other.
  6. Spread the pre-mix over it.
  7. Good print.
  8. Sprinkle Sherry and soy sauce over it.
  9. Steam rack in wok sets and wok filling with water up to 2 cm under rack.
  10. Bring water to the boil.
  11. Place plate with salmon on rack and cover with lid.
  12. Season salmon fillets in just 6-8 minutes.
  13. Serve with stir-fried vegetables and rice..
