Steamed salmon with leek and black beans
A nice Chinese recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, leeks, salted black beans, fresh ginger root (finely chopped), garlic (finely chopped), salmon fillets (a 250 g), dry sherry and soy sauce (light).

Clean the leek and cut into wafer-thin rings.

Into sieve beans in running water.

Dry the beans with kitchen paper and coarse chopping.

In a bowl mix pre-rings with beans, ginger, garlic and pepper to taste.

Cut salmon fillets in half and put them on a plate next to each other.

Spread the pre-mix over it.

Steam rack in wok sets and wok filling with water up to 2 cm under rack.

Bring water to the boil.

Place plate with salmon on rack and cover with lid.

Season salmon fillets in just 6-8 minutes.

Serve with stir-fried vegetables and rice..
