Meat-vegetable skewer with baked potato
Pork skewers with paprika and corn on the cob with a baked potato.

Cut the pig fillets into 16 dice and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Brush the mushrooms. Clean the spring onion and cut into pieces of approx. 3 cm.

Drain the minima and halve. Ris the herbs from the twigs (thyme and rosemary) and cut finely. Keep a few leaves separate for the yoghurt garlic and mix the rest with oil.

Marinate the meat and the mushrooms in herb oil. Prepare the potatoes according to the instructions on the package.

Baste corn, mushroom, meat and spring onions 8 times. Cut bell pepper into 4 bars, coat with oil.

Heat grill plate or pan and grill meat-vegetable skewers in approx. 6 min.

Mix the fresh herbs with yogurt garlic sauce and serve with the skewers, peppers and roasted potatoes.
