Prepare the quick-cooking rice according to the instructions on the packaging.

Heat the oil in a stirring pan until golden brown. Add the vegetables and fry the whole while stirring in 3-4 min. Crispy cooked.

Turn off the heat and scoop the shrimp through the nasi.

Drain the rice, scoop through and heat over a high heat. Spoon the nasi seasoning continuously with a spatula. Season with the ketjapmarinadeen sambal.
