Sprinkle the meat with salt and pepper. Heat the butter in a large frying pan with a thick bottom and fry the meat around it.

Add the onion and cook for about 5 minutes at a low setting.

Add the herbs and mustard and quench with the wine. Leave it to simmer and then add the cream. Place the lid on the pan and simmer the meat on a low setting for about 50 minutes.

Leave the sauce to simmer for about 10 minutes without a lid and if necessary, season with salt and pepper.

Delicious with mashed potatoes.
