Crunchy turkey pie with cauliflower and broccoli

Grease the pie shape.

Wash the cauliflower and broccoli and cook the florets covered with adhering moisture for 2-3 minutes at 800 watts in the microwave.

Sprinkle the turkey cubes with salt and pepper. Heat the oil and fry the turkey around light brown.

Stir in cauliflower, broccoli, spring onions and flour and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add the stock and milk in portions to create a bound sauce. Season with curry, salt and pepper.

Preheat the oven to 200ºC.

Brush 5 sheets of filo pastry with half of the melted butter and place them crosswise in the mold. Let the dough overhang slightly.

Spoon the filling and put the dough back over the filling.

Brush the rest of the dough sheets with the remaining butter and place the dough slightly wrinkled on the filling.

Bake the pie in the oven in about 25 minutes until golden brown.
