Chinese soup
A nice Chinese recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, Chinese egg noodles (pack of 4 portions 250 g), ginger root (about 1 cm), oriental stir-fry oil, pork strips (about 400 g), Chinese vegetable mix (400 g), poultry meat (380 ml AH), soy sauce asin and salt and pepper.

Cook according to instructions.

Peel the ginger root and scrape into very thin slices.

Heat oil in large (soup) pan.

Ginger and pork strips in about 3 minutes brown boxes.

Add vegetable mix and fry approx.

3 minutes.

Add the fond and 8 dl of water and boil for approx.

5 minutes.
-
Season with soy sauce, salt and pepper.

Distribute over four large soup bowls and pour soup over them.
