Stew-different with organic smoked sausage
Sausage with stew of radish, fresh peas and thyme.

Bring a generous pot of water to the boil. When the water boils, add the potatoes with salt if necessary. Cook in 15 minutes until done.

Meanwhile cut the smoked sausage into slices. Heat the oil in the stir-fry stir fry the stew vegetables for 5 minutes on a high heat.

Add the smoked sausage, the radish mix, the peas and thyme and stir-fry for another 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Drain the potatoes and collect half a cup of cooking liquid. Stamp with the oil and the collected cooking liquid to a smooth puree.

Put the vegetable sausage mixture through. Divide the stew over the plates and garnish with the radish mix.
