Fried chicory with goat's cheese and grapes
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: chicory, extra virgin olive oil with basil, fresh goat's cheese (1 cm thick, eg Bettine blanc), coarse sea salt, freshly ground black pepper, seedless red grapes and basil.

Preheat the oven grill.

Halve chicory in half and cut away the core.

Heat oil in frying pan and put chicory on the cutting surface.

Chicory in 4-5 min.

Brown boxes, with spatula gently turning and chicory in 4-5 min.

Paste goat's cheese onto a grill plate covered with parchment paper 10 cm under the hot grill and let it lightly light in 4-5 minutes.

Remove part of the chicory from the pan and place it on two warm plates with the cutting surface facing upwards.

Sprinkle salt and pepper over it.

Bake 1-2 min.

In shortening of chicory grapes.

Pour the basil leaves into strips.

Spread warm goat cheese with spatula on chicory and distribute grapes.

Spread the basil over grapes.

Delicious with mashed potatoes..
