Steak skewer with spring onion


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, steak, balsamic vinegar, spring onions (each in 4 pieces), red onion (in 8 parts), mild paprika, freshly ground black pepper, olive oil and coarse sea salt.

Directions

  1. Cut the steak into cubes of 3-4 cm.
  2. Make in a bowl a marinade of the vinegar, paprika, freshly ground pepper and 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  3. Stir the cubes of meat through the marinade and let the flavors settle for 10 minutes.
  4. Stick the pieces of meat with the pieces of spring onion on the skewers, press them slightly and brush with some olive oil.
  5. Heat the grill pan over high heat until it is hot and a light smoke comes from.
  6. Place the steak skewers on top and place the wedges of red onion next to it.
  7. Roast the skewers 4-6 minutes until the meat has nice brown stripes and the onions are soft.
  8. Turn the skewers regularly.
  9. Sprinkle the skewers with sea salt and pepper and place them on two plates with the red onions.
  10. Delicious with couscous with tomato and chopped parsley and green beans..
