Spicy curry with broccoli and shrimps


A nice thai recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, rice (white), onions, sunflower oil, broccoli florets (a 300 g), green Thai curry paste (pot a 225 g), coconut milk (400 ml), pink shrimp (a 125 g) and fresh coriander (15 g).

Directions

  1. Cook rice according to instructions on the packaging.
  2. Peel and chop onions.
  3. Heat oil in frying pan.
  4. Onions for 2 minutes.
  5. Add the broccoli and fry for 2 minutes.
  6. Stir in curry paste and bake for 1 min.
  7. Add coconut milk and bring it to a boil.
  8. Broccoli in 2 minutes.
  9. Cook.
  10. Add shrimp and heat for 1 min.
  11. Coriander finely chop.
  12. Divide rice into 4 plates.
  13. Create curry next to it and sprinkle with coriander..
