Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Place the chicken wings with sauce on the baking tray and roast in the oven for about 30 minutes until golden brown and done. Turn halfway.
  2. Meanwhile, cook the rice. Cook the broccoli and snow peas in 5 minutes al dente. Roast the sesame seeds in a dry, hot frying pan.
  3. Sprinkle the chicken wings with the sesame, spring onions and red pepper. Serve the chicken wings with the rice, broccoli and snow peas.
