                            Red cabbage cranberry stew
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: potatoes, butter or margarine, Quorn-pieces (a 175 g), port, red cabbage with apple (boiled, 520 g) and cranberry compote (pot a 350 g).

- 
                                Peel potatoes, wash, cut into pieces and cook for about 20 minutes.
 - 
                                Sprinkle the quorn with salt and pepper.
 - 
                                Fry half of butter in frying pan and cook the quorn pieces in approx.
 - 
                                4 minutes.
 - 
                                Heat in pan port, red cabbage and cranberry compote.
 - 
                                Pound potatoes with the rest of butter.
 - 
                                Mix cabbage and quorn through potatoes.
 - 
                                Melt the stew with salt and pepper..
