Grilled ribeye with shiitake butter
A tasty French recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, shallots (finely chopped), olive oil, chopped mushrooms (minced), parsley (leaf chopped), butter (soft) and ribeye (at room temperature).

Fry the shallots 2 minutes in 1 tbsp oil.

Add the shiitakes and cook for another 5 minutes.

Stir the shiitakes with the parsley through the butter.

Add pepper and salt.

Sprinkle the meat on both sides with salt and pepper.

Heat the grill pan, brush the meat with the rest of the oil and scald for 1 min on high heat.

Turn the meat a quarter turn and grill for another 1 min.

So that it has a nice check pattern.

Turn the meat over and grill for 1-2 minutes.

Spread the meat over 4 plates.

Allow 1 tbsp shiitake butter to melt on each piece of meat.

Serve immediately.
