Green beans stew with minced meat sauce


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (crumbly), breakfast bacon, red pepper, half-to-half-chopped (about 300 g), tomato ketchup, green beans (French, a 425 ml), milk and nutmeg.

Directions

  1. Peel potatoes and cut into pieces.
  2. Potatoes boil in 20 min.
  3. Cut breakfast bacon.
  4. Clean pepper and cut into strips.
  5. Fry bacon for 2 minutes in frying pan with non-stick coating.
  6. Add minced meat and paprika and bake for 10 minutes.
  7. Add last minute ketchup and gently co-heat.
  8. If necessary season with salt and pepper.
  9. Heat green beans in a pan.
  10. Heat milk.
  11. Drain potatoes and crush.
  12. Stir potatoes with milk into a smooth puree.
  13. Drain beans and season with puree and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  14. Divide stew over four plates.
  15. Spread the meat-paprika mixture over the stew..
