Salmon salad with croutons
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, pre-fried multigrain pistachio (pack of 4), tomatoes, red onion, olive oil, red salmon, lemon juice and oakleaf lamella (50 g).

bread rolls tomato into cubes.

Peel onion, halve and cut into thin slices.

In frying pan with non-stick coating, heat 2 tablespoons of oil and bread cubes around brown containers.

Meanwhile, drain salmon, remove the grains and skins and loosen them in bowl with fork.

Rest of oil, lemon juice, tomato cubes and onion with salmon, season with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle warm bread cubes (croutons) over them..
