Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Mix the fish with half of the lemon juice, paprika, 2 tablespoons of the chives, tomato cubes, onion, salt and pepper.

Heat the tortillas covered for about 5 minutes in the oven to make them smoother. Spoon the fish mixture in the middle of the tortillas, fold the sides over the filling and roll up to packets. Place them side by side on the baking tray with the seam down.

Brush the tomato slices with oil and place them next to it. Brush the fish packages with oil and put the baking sheet in the oven for about 15 minutes until the tortillas are light brown and cooked.

Scrape the roots into long ribbons. In the meantime, heat the remaining oil and stir-fry the carrot ribbons with the garlic and chilli powder for 3-4 minutes. Spoon the rest of the lemon juice and the chives.

Stick a slice of tomato with a skewer in the tortillas. Serve with the carrots.
