Stuffed chicken with rosemary and olives
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Cut the lemons into wedges.
Put the chicken in the bowl and pour the oil from the jar of olives over it. Make sure the chicken is covered around. Sprinkle to taste with the chilli pepper, pepper and salt.
Fill the chicken with the rosemary and half the lemon wedges.
Place the chicken with the breast down in the baking dish and bake in the center of the oven in about 1 hour and 5 minutes until golden brown and done.
Turn the chicken after 40 minutes and place the rest of the rosemary and lemon next to it.
Spoon the olives for the last 5 minutes. Let cover with aluminum foil covered for 10 minutes. Bon appétit! .
