Scalloped ham pre-rolls
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, leeks, butter, flour, semi-skimmed milk, ground young cheese (bag 175 g), smoked ham (250 g, approx. 12 slices), potato wedges (600 g and frozen).

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Remove the stalk and the dark green part of the leek. Cut into pieces of approx. 7 cm and rinse clean. Boil in water with salt in 8-10 min. Until done. Drain and drain.

Heat 50 g of butter in a saucepan. Add the flour and stir until the roux turns light brown. Gently pour in the milk and stir into a smooth sauce. Add the cheese and let it melt. Heat for 1-2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Roll each piece of leek into a slice of ham and place in the greased oven dish. Divide the sauce over it and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

In the meantime, heat the remaining butter and fry the potato slices over medium heat for 8-10 min. Serve with the ham pre-rolls.
