Surimi muffins
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, surimiflakes (a 125 g), self-raising flour, baking powder, ground mature cheese (bag of 150 g), curry powder, eggs, sunflower oil, fish broth (from tablet), spring onions (in rings), fresh coriander ((15 g) and finely chopped).

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

From surimi 16 cut slant slices for garnish.

Cut the rest of surimi.

In a bowl mix baking flour with baking powder, cheese and curry.
