Lime skewer with Spanish potatoes
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, chorizo sausage (piece), turkey breast, olive oil, potato slices (tomato-paprika (a 425 g)), peppers (green red and yellow) and finely chopped parsley (fresh or frozen).
Cut chorizo into slices of 1 cm thick.
Cut the turkey into cubes and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Turkey and chorizo stringing around 4 spears.
Grill pan (or frying pan).
Spread the meat and sausage on skewers thinly with 1 tbsp oil and brown and roasting in 8-10 min.
Meanwhile, heat the rest of oil in a large frying pan and fry the potatoes for approx.
8 minutes, shake regularly.
Cut the peppers into thin strips and fry them for 3-4 minutes with potato slices.
Parsley through it and distribute potato slices over four plates.
Put on lime skewers..
