Cook the tagliatelle al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile, clean the courgette and cut into cubes. Remove the skins from the salami and cut into cubes.

In the meantime, heat the oil in the pan and fry the zucchini for 5 minutes. Sprinkle the Italian herbs over it.

Scoop the pieces of salami and fry them for about 2 minutes. Stir in the tomato sauce and heat for about 3 minutes on low heat.

Divide the tagliatelle over the plates and spoon over the sauce.
