Stroganoff dish with vegetables and nut rice


A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: red onions, bunched onion (bag of 3), paprika (green / red / yellow), chestnut mushrooms (250 g), fresh parsley (a 30 g), nut rice (275 g), sunflower oil, Quorn (julienne (a 140 g)) and mix for (stroganoff (75 g)).

Directions

  1. Peel red onions and cut into rings.
  2. Cut the spring onion into rings.
  3. Cut peppers into strips.
  4. Chestnut mushrooms halve.
  5. Parsley finely chop.
  6. Meanwhile, cook rice according to directions on packaging.
  7. Heat the oil in a frying pan and bake for 2 min.
  8. Add mushrooms and fry for 2 minutes.
  9. Add the sweetcorn and paprika and fry for 3 minutes.
  10. Add 350 ml of cold water and the contents of the bag of Stroganoff mix and bring to the boil, stirring occasionally, and then simmer slowly for about 5 minutes.
  11. Create the forest onion.
  12. Divide rice into 4 plates.
  13. Create Stroganoff next to it.
  14. Sprinkle with parsley..
